Ticket Processing

All of our passengers are covered by personal accident insurance. Provide correct information when purchasing your ticket. Check all the points (name-surname, TR ID number, day, time, place of departure and destination, seat number, gender, etc.). It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide incorrect information.

You can obtain the E-invoice of your ticket from the address e.bilet8.com after the flight is completed.

Tickets can be exchanged up to 6 hours before departure. Your ticket can be converted to an open date ticket. Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before. The validity period of the open-dated ticket is 12 months.

The travel rights of our passengers who are not present in the vehicle at the departure time of the vehicle are deemed invalid.

Child Passengers

According to the Road Transport Regulation, passengers between the ages of 0 and 12 are Child Passengers. According to the Land Transport Regulation, all passengers aged 6 and over are required to travel in a separate seat.

Passengers between the ages of 0 and 5 can travel free of charge, depending on vehicle availability. 50% discount is applied for passengers between 5 and 10 years old.

It is not possible to travel unaccompanied by child passengers between the ages of 0 and 12.

Disabled Passengers

According to the Land Transport legislation, the ticket fee for passengers who certify that they are at least 40% disabled is applied with a 30% discount over the fare tariff arranged by the Ministry of Transport.
